Social Life Skills

For students in years 5-6

This program focusses on developing essential social skills such as verbal and non-verbal communication, being assertive and negotiating. Social problem-solving and practicing pro-social skills are important aspects of this program. One module focusses entirely on emotions, while in another students explore and identify their own social support networks. The students will also learn and practise a range of relaxation techniques.

This program is part of the Workshop for Primary Schools, and is also available as a standalone workshop for staff.
